This beach house is pet friendly, has a large private enclosed garden and is ideal for outside entertaining thanks to a large decked area and BBQ.

Recently rebuilt in an open plan modern style, this house has a high quality kitchen fitted with a range of top end appliances, ideal for self catering. The house has a separate utility room which contains washing machine and dryer and the two twin rooms have zip link beds which can be used as single beds or joined together to form a double bed.

The large enclosed garden is lawned and faces the sea and Polzeath beach. There is designated parking for around 3 cars in the drive and more outside on the private road if needed. In the garden there is also an external shower to remove all the sand following a busy day on the beach.

We had a fantastic week at this beach house. It's a truly wonderful house in a great position in Polzeath. We were amazed by how quiet and secluded it felt given the very close proximity to the beach. Due to the variable weather we experienced wet, sunshine and heat during one week! It didn't seem to matter as the house is so well designed. For surfers the outside shower is just perfect. For the cooler evenings the log burning stove is lovely and so easy to use. There is plenty of shade for hot days. My teenage children thought the annex bedroom was very special - this was a massive plus! We didn't use the car all week. We walked to Pentire head and around the coast to Rock. All walks do-able by a 7 year old upwards. We found the quality of food and service from Trebetherick stores excellent. We will certainly want to return!
