The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with icebox and washing machine. Stairs to first floor. Bedroom 1 with 4ft 6inch double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin 3ft single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms with WC and wash basin.

OUTSIDE
A French door from the lounge leads to an enclosed back garden equipped with garden furniture.

PARKING
To the front of the property there is off road parking for two vehicles.
