Lyme Regis child friendly two bed cottage ideal for couples or families, sleeps 5 with parking and WiFi, located in a quiet lane in the heart of town. The seafront promenade, shops, restaurants, pubs and gardens are all just a stone's throw from the cottage.

This holiday cottage is located just a minute's walk from the main shops, seafront and amenities in the heart of the seaside town of Lyme Regis. As well as a sandy beach and seafront promenade, the town includes celebrity chef Mark Hix's superb Oyster and Seafood Restaurant, along with many other restaurants, cafes, pubs and tearooms. Lyme Regis is a wonderful location for a traditional seaside break.

There are a wide selection of independent shops, as well as an award winning museum, and small theatre. For the more adventurous, the South West Coast Path heads west through the amazing Undercliff between Lyme Regis and Axmouth, or east towards Charmouth and the magnificent National Trust Estate at Golden Cap. For those planning a holiday without a car, the mainline railway station in nearby Axminster is served by a regular bus service (or taxis), to and from the town.

ACCOMMODATION
Front door to hallway, leading to Kitchen with large breakfast bar, electric cooker, fridge/freezer, microwave and tumble dryer Generous size lounge with sofas, flatscreen TV and DVD, electric fire. French doors open into the conservatory with table and chairs and sliding doors to the patio. Ground floor cloakroom with WC and wash basin. Stairs to first floor. Bedroom 1 with two 3ft single beds and a 3ft day bed. Small balcony with french doors and views across the rooftops with glimpses of the sea. Bedroom 2 has a 4ft 6inch double bed and access to the Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC and wash basin.

OUTSIDE
Sliding doors from the conservatory lead out on to a paved patio area. There is also a large south facing garden which has been put down to shingle, in which to sit and relax. Views across the town’s rooftops to the sea beyond.

PARKING
Free parking is provided for your stay in the nearby Charmouth Road or Holmbush car parks, both are about a 5 min walk away.

Included: Duvets and pillows only, (please bring your own beach towels), WiFi, electricity, heating by electric air, travel cot available if required.
