The porch leads through into the hall and the house with its original flooring. There is a small kitchen with electric double oven and grill, gas hob and a dishwasher.

Downstairs twin Bedroom with 2 single beds, bedside table and lights, chest of drawers with a mirror, hair dryer and wardrobe. Family bathroom with a basin, WC and a bath with overhead shower.

French doors lead out onto the patio, down to the garden and onto the beach! Just bliss.... During the warmer times of the year the patio has see-through screens put up to keep the sea breezes at bay.
There is a wonderful lawned garden to the side of the property which is rare and ideal for the children to run around in or just to sit in and unwind.

The wooden stair case up to the first floor has gaps in the steps and the railings and is NOT suitable for younger children to use on their own and must be accompanied at all times.

Charming double bedroom with a double bed, bedside table and lights, Smart TV and radio, hair dryer, chair, chest of drawers, wardrobe, single sink and a door that opens up to a first floor roof terrace (not suitable for small people to use) with railings around it and a great place to sit and watch the sun go up and down and read a book....

Garden

The cottage is very unusual and has a lawned garden to the side of the house which runs down to the beach. The lawned garden is an ideal place for the younger children to play in with the odd game of cricket!

The patio area outside the sitting room is a wonderfully calming and relaxing place to sit and watch what is happening on the beach and the sea - you really won't want to move. Steps down from the patio to the garden and a low fence with a gate lead out onto the beach.

The boat house as you arrive into the garden, houses the washer/dryer, BBQ and the garden furniture for those warmer months of the year.
