This lovely holiday home is ideally positioned in the middle of Pevensey Bay with views of Hastings to the left and Sovereign Harbour and Beachy Head to the right. The bay is renowned for being the landing place for William the Conqueror when he invaded England in 1066 leading up to the famous Battle of Hastings. The apartment offers a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, bathroom and a light and airy living room. The kitchen, dining and sitting areas have views out across the garden and onto the beach and sea. Ground Floor The main front door opens into an entrance hall with a further front door leading into the property on the ground floor. Arrive into the hall... Large open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with large patio doors that open up onto the decked patio with table and chairs and a barbecue, perfect for those alfresco days. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven/grill, ceramic hob with hood, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. Round dining table and chairs that seat four. The sitting room area has two comfortable sofas which are perfectly positioned to enjoy the sea views. It also has side tables and lights, TV, DVD player and Wifi. Patio doors lead out to a paved area with a garden table and chairs... the garden leads down to the beach with views out across the sea. Twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside table and lights, wardrobe and mirror. Double bedroom with garden and sea views. King size bed with bedside tables and lights, wardrobe with drawers and mirror. Bathroom with a bath and both overhead shower and hand held shower attachment, basin, WC and heated towel rail. There is a shaver socket and a small shelving unit. This is the ideal all year round holiday getaway, whatever the weather. Additional amenities: Bed linen and towels are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. High chair and travel cot available on request (linen not provided). There is a selection of books, magazines and games provided. Wifi. Car parking space Booking Information: Strictly no smoking. Prices include bed linen, bath towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack. The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Saturday in high season. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid-season. Short breaks may commence on any day. This property is happy to accept one dog. There is a £20 fee per dog per stay which must be pre-booked. Please remember that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property at any time and they must remain downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture or beds. There is a £30 booking fee per holiday and a £250 security deposit is required prior to arrival which can be pre-authorised on a credit/debit card. Holiday Insurance - please ensure that you have adequate travel insurance (including liability for accidental damage to the Property, cancellation cover and medical and emergency expenses) prior to the commencement of your holiday.
