It is ideal for family holidays, but more importantly now perfect for holidays where some of the guests may wish to commute to London on the occasional day or all week dependent on market activities. Hourly direct train services from Angmering to London Victoria or one stop for London Bridge or Thameslink. You will find there are limited houses of this quality and type for rent on the South Coast, these are usually only available in Devon or Cornwall. The property is situated on the private seaside estate of Angmering-on-Sea which lies between Littlehampton and Worthing on the West Sussex coast, 15 miles from Brighton and Goodwood. The owner also has four other properties on the same sea estate. We only accept family groups. Regrettably we are unable to accept hens, stags and single sex groups. The house sleeps up to 14 (including children - maximum of 12 adults) in six bedrooms with four en suite bathrooms/shower rooms, with a further en-suite cloakroom plus two separate shower rooms and an outside shower; double sofa bed in the Titanic Master bedroom plus two cots are available. The beach house has been designed to work effectively for both family or adult groups with plenty of separate grown up space or ample family friendly living. All ground floor living space; kitchen, breakfast/dining/pool room, drawing room with accompanying veranda look directly onto the front deck and beach with glorious sea views. 2 of the 3 upstairs bedrooms also have these amazing sea views opening onto first floor balcony. The entertaining space with French double doors leading to front garden and beach; * Large Chalon Kitchen/Breakfast room with all appliances * Separate utility room * Open plan sitting/dining room * Pool table * Downstairs veranda from kitchen, family, breakfast and drawing room * Ample outside eating and entertaining areas both front and back to the property; decked beachfront terrace with BBQ area * Hot tub for 6-7 people in the back garden with separate outside eating area Like the Owner’s other seaside properties the house favours the classical beach style with clapboard appearance, drift wood floors, seaside colours and it also has a clubby Ralph Lauren feel to it, that suits women, men and children alike. The furniture, furnishings and artefacts are interior designed to a very high standard so this is like no normal type of ‘holiday let’ property: it has all the comforts of home but in a seaside location. Within a 5 minute walk is the pretty village of Angmering-on-Sea and East Preston with a village shop, seaside kiosk, Indian and Chinese restaurants, surfers’ continental café, fish & chip shop, specialist wine merchant, hairdresser, beauty clinic, dentist, 3 pubs and other associated shops. Within 5 minutes drive there are further shops and large supermarkets/superstores nearby.
