There are breathtaking views out from the front of the house across to Rye and Camber. Steps up to the house across the lawn. Front door opens into a porch. Sitting room is on the right of the front door and has an inglenook fireplace, sofas and chairs, side tables and lights, TV/DVD player with connection for laptops, Wifi. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher and kitchen table that seats 6. Small utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Separate downstairs WC. Back door out to the pretty courtyard garden with a BBQ and a lawn beyond. Separate dining room with a dining room table and chairs that seats 6. The dining room also has a TV/DVD player and CD player. Master bedroom has views across to Rye and Camber and has a double bed, bedside tables and lights, wardrobe, chest of drawers, hair dryer. En-suite bathroom with a bath, WC and basin. The twin bedroom has 2 single beds, hair dryer, bedside chest of drawers and lights. Family bathroom with a separate shower, WC and basin. Second Floor Two attic single bedrooms, with single beds, bedside table and lights, chair and chest of drawers. The two attic bedrooms have lower ceilings due to the period charms of the property. Outside Lawned garden and pathway up to the front door. Outside pretty courtyard with a BBQ (charcoal), table and chairs and lawned garden above the courtyard garden. Prices include bed linen, bath towels. Please bring your own beach towels– please do not use the house towels for trips to the beach. All utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack. The changeover day for weekly bookings is Friday in high season. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid-season. Short breaks may commence on any day. There is a £35.00 booking fee per holiday and a £350 security deposit is required prior to arrival which can be pre-authorised on a credit/debit card.
