Hayle Towans Beach offers a three mile long stretch of pale sand that at low tide links up with two other beaches, namely Gwithian and Godrevy near the seaside town of Hayle. It is never crowded and its shores are pristine and lined with beautiful sand dunes.
There is a fun surfing culture here and swimming is safe as long as you stay away from the river. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards in high season and the facilities are good. There are toilets on the beach, as well as a cafe, shop and parking.
