Sheringham Beach

Sheringham Beach was once a working fishing shore known as Sheringham Hythe. Sheringham is now a gorgeous family resort with the beach made-up of pebbles and sand, with rock pools at low tide. Colourful beach huts line the back of the beach, where you will also find disabled friendly toilets, showers, cafes, amusements and parking.

This is an award-winning beach with very clean, safe bathing water thanks to child friendly shallows that go on forever. The main beach has restricted access for dogs during the high season but there are areas for dogs to exercise. Lifeguards patrol from May Bank holiday to the beginning of September.
