Slapton Sands Beach

Slapton Sands is a three mile long pebble beach at the southern end of Torcross village with Slapton village in the middle and a nudist beach at the northern tip. This area is a protected nature reserve with wildlife teeming around the shore and the lagoon behind the beach. The sea is safe and perfect for bathing, surfing and practicing other water sports.

Facilities and services include lifeguards during the summer season, a beach cafe that serves great food and drinks and toilets that are accessible and clean. Disabled toilets, parking and access to the beach are also available. There are two car parks, one at access level and another that reaches the beach via steps. Dogs are allowed all year.
