Trevone Bay

Trevone Bay is very popular with families as its gentle shelving and sheltering cliffs promise safe swimming. There are cozy little alcoves for families to set-up camp for the day and there is lots of space and rock pools where kids can play freely. This beach is popular with surfers too, thanks to reliable waves that appeal to all levels of expertise. That said, there is a bit of a rip current on the right side of the beach where RNLI lifeguards patrol in the summer.

Nature lovers will appreciate the abundant wildlife here, especially on the neighbouring rock beach, where rock pools crawl with marine life. Trevone Bay has just the right amount of facilities too. There are toilets, a cafe, shops and two carparks conveniently positioned near the beach. It includes disabled toilets, parking and access to the beach. There is a dog ban between Easter and October.
