As you enter the cottage you’ll be greeted with a light and calming living/dining area. The space is neutral toned with modern touches. To one side of the room, two comfortable sofas and an armchair sit beside a TV and an electric fire. The layout of the seating is ideal for socialising with your guests. To the other side of the room, next to the characterful exposed stone wall and charming cottage window, is a wooden dining table and chairs. Also on the ground floor is the modern kitchen. The one-walled kitchen unit looks out onto the garden and is full of natural light. In the morning, make yourself an extra special drink from the Nespresso coffee machine. Climb the stairs to reach the first floor of the property. Up here you will find all three bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, which have all been elegantly decorated. The family bathroom boasts a rainfall shower head over the bath. An additional workspace can be found on the landing upstairs – which offers a keyboard and a monitor.
Outside you will find a sunny south-facing garden with a terrace, a sheltered wooden gazebo and a lawn area to make the most of. Enjoy the range of seating options to relax on or dine alfresco.
