An impressive modern barn conversion near Aberdaron that sleeps 4 guests plus pets on the door step of the Llyn Coastal Path (part of the Wales Coast Path), which takes guests to Porth Oer beach just 1 mile from the barn. Miles of golden sand can also be found close to the village of Aberdaron, just 3 miles away. Further inland, the Yr Eifl mountain range, home to the highest point on the Llyn Peninsula, is just 15 miles away.

The open-plan interior features vaulted high ceilings with all rooms bathed in natural light and underfloor heating throughout. The living area is home to inviting sofas and a large TV arranged around a wood burner, with views of the surrounding countryside through the patio doors leading into the garden. The kitchen/diner sits only a few feet away, featuring a stylish dining table with room for the whole family. The ground floor is also home to two bedrooms: a twin room and a king-size room with access to an en-suite shower room. Both rooms contain TVs and offer country views. There is also a family bathroom.

Guests can dine alfresco on the enclosed patio and lawn, or just rest on the garden furniture and admire the view of the surrounding countryside as it feeds down towards the sea.
