Walk into this attractive family townhouse over 5 floors with creature comforts including underfloor heating and all the thoughtful little extras to enhance your stay. Walk into the kitchen/diner with fabulous waterside views and comfortable sofas to relax and embrace the view. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen/diner is a sociable space.

The well-equipped kitchen has a Smeg gas 7 ring hob and 3 ovens, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, Nespresso Coffee machine and a fridge/freezer round the corner. The stylish dining area is perfect for everyone to gather around, enjoy a meal together, and plan holiday activities.

If you go down to the basement you will find the useful utility housing washing machine and tumble dryer with storage space for your outdoor attire from walking boots to wet suits, maybe your bike and paddle boards too. After dinner relax in the lounge upstairs to the 1st floor with more comfortable sofas, window seats, a Smart TV, and the most stunning panoramic views of the Dyfi Estuary and out across Cardigan Bay.

You will find the first of the bedrooms here with a king-size bed, a stylish shower and WC, with underfloor heating and a separate WC. Up the next flight of stairs to the 2nd floor is another bedroom with a king-size bed, dual aspect windows with fabulous estuary views, and an en-suite shower and WC.

There is another bathroom on this floor too with a shower over the bath and WC. Up the next flight of stairs, to the 3rd floor, there are another 2 bedrooms, the family room with a double bed and a single bed against the wall for 3 guests benefiting from lovely sea views to wake up to, and the bunk bedroom with double base and single on the top for a maximum of 2 guests. All have been designed with a good night’s sleep in mind.

Outside you have access to the basement down some stairs and steps up to the front door from the pavement. There are parking permits for 2 cars for parking in the car parks in the village (and others in Gwynedd). There is plenty of storage for your bikes and paddle boards outside the basement, where you will also find a hot outside shower, useful after time on the beach to wash off the sand.
