A beautifully holiday home that sleeps 6 guests outside Abersoch close to several beaches. With three bedrooms, two lounge areas and wonderful outside space, this property would suit a large family. Drws y Llan is in Llanengan, a small village with a welcoming, family-friendly pub, less than a mile from Porth Neigwl or Hell’s Mouth beach. Don’t be put off by the ominous name, this is a stunning beach whose consistent waves are exceptionally popular with surfers. However, if you’d prefer calmer waters, there’s a beautiful, sheltered beach less than 2 miles away in Abersoch, where you’ll also find an abundance of pubs, shops, restaurants and traditional seaside activities.

This large, detached house offers welcoming accommodation in spacious rooms thoughtfully designed to ensure guests’ comfort. Enter the bright, airy entrance hall and follow the oak floorboards into the open-plan lounge and dining room. The lounge area features a large leather corner sofa and a round armchair in front of a TV and a wood burner-effect gas fire. French doors lead onto the rear deck, while an elegant dining area is at the other end of the room. The kitchen is a large room with all the space and equipment you need to cater for a crowd, including an impressive Rangemaster oven and hob. This room also features a snug area with a squashy sofa, armchair tucked into the bay window, and TV creating a wonderfully sociable space. A cloakroom with a washing machine and WC completes the ground floor.

The first floor encompasses a shared bathroom with a large walk-in shower and three generous bedrooms, each with expansive countryside and distant sea views. The master double bedroom has French doors to a private balcony with comfortable outdoor furniture and stunning views.

Manicured lawns lead up to the front of this property, while at the rear is a large deck accessed from patio doors from the lounge. The deck is a comfortable space furnished with a cosy L-shaped outdoor sofa and a round picnic-style table with benches and a parasol. It’s a wonderful place to relax and enjoy far-reaching views over the fields and countryside to the sea beyond.
