It’s 1 mile from the centre of Abersoch, a vibrant coastal village with a great beach and plenty of shops and restaurants. The beaches at Llanbedrog (3.5 miles), Pwllheli (7.5 miles) and Nefyn (12 miles) are also well worth the short drive.

This attractive property has an open-plan living area on the ground floor, with underfloor heating which you’ll welcome in winter. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking up delicious meals. A door from here takes you out to the roof terrace. There’s a table and chairs for enjoying meals together and, in a separate area, a cosy corduroy sofa and Smart TV, plus double French doors. The bedrooms are on the lower ground floor – a king-size room as well as a dual aspect twin room with built-in wardrobes. There’s a separate bathroom with a WC on this floor, too.

On the decked roof terrace you’ll find a table and four chairs, as well as a rattan corner sofa and footstool, for sitting and enjoying the sunshine – or sunset.
