This stunning villa sleeps 9 guest plus pets overlooking Warren Beach from the Benar headland, one of the most sought-after parts of Abersoch, close to the centre of the village social scene. The property is set in an elevated position above Abersoch’s picturesque Outer Harbour and offers spectacular, uninterrupted views of the constantly changing seascape across the harbour and Cardigan Bay to Warren Beach, Llanbedrog Headland and the wonderful Snowdonia mountain range beyond. Guests can be crabbing on the jetty or playing on the beach just moments from the front door. A short stroll along the coastal footpath takes you around the Benar headland, leading to the South Caernarvonshire Yacht Club, the Main Abersoch Beach and the friendly Abersoch Golf Club.

The property has been completed to an exceptionally high standard and is a luxurious family home. The main living space offers a huge open-plan area with floor-to-ceiling windows framing the amazing views out to sea. Sympathetic to its surroundings, part of the house has a sedum roof designed to attract wildlife, while the house is heated by solar power and an air-source heat pump.
