Aldeburgh pet friendly stylish cottage a short walk from the beach, High Street, restaurants and shops and sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms, ideal for families or friends sharing.

Ground Floor:

Sitting room
Entrance into the sitting room which has two large sofas, a wood burning stove and a large flatscreen television.

Dining area
The dining area has a table seating six and a further sofa and dresser. The steep stairs lead out of the dining room to the first floor.

Kitchen
There is a step down from the living area into the kitchen which has fitted units with integral dishwasher, washing machine and full height larder fridge and freezer. There is an electric oven with a four gas burner hob and extractor fan.

Bathroom
Bath with fixed and handheld shower head, wash basin, WC, full-height heated towel rail and storage cabinet with mirror.

First Floor:

Master Bedroom
Situated at the front of the cottage this light and bright room features a king-size bed. The room has a built-in wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom two
With views over the rear courtyard garden, this room has a double bed, chest of drawers and space to hang clothes.

Bedroom three
Accessed through the double room, this children's room has 3' bunk beds, a desk and space to hang clothes.

Outside:
There is a small terrace at the front of the cottage with a metal bench which gets the morning sun. At the rear of the cottage there is a fully-enclosed south west facing courtyard garden which has a brick-built barbecue and seating. Please note that there is access along the back of the terrace to neighbouring properties but the courtyard garden is fully-enclosed and private. There is a gate on the pathway from the rear of the property to ensure pets don't wonder off.

Additional Information:
Infants welcome. Travel cot and high chair provided on request and permanent stair gate at the foot of the stairs.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome providing they remain on the ground floor (small additional charge).
There isn’t any designated parking at the cottage however there is free parking in front of the cottage on the road.
