Cheap dog friendly holiday cottage in Aldeburgh that sleeps 4 just a short walk from the beach and shops, ideal for couples or families planning dog friendly coastal holidays in Suffolk. Ground Floor: Sitting room The front door leads directly into the sitting room area with two sofas, a wood burning stove and a flatscreen television. There is WiFi provided as well. Dining area There is a table and seating for six with a dresser and a further sofa. The steep stairs lead up to the first floor and there is a permanent stair gate. Kitchen The kitchen has a fitted kitchen with built in washing machine, dishwasher and full height fridge freezer. There is an electric oven with gas hob and extractor fan. The kitchen has access to the courtyard at the back of the cottage. Bathroom The bathroom is accessed from the kitchen. There is a modern bathroom with bath and fixed shower head, wash basin, WC and full height heated towel rail. First Floor: Master bedroom This bedroom has a king-size bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The bedroom looks out at the front of the property. Bedroom two This room has a double bed, chest of drawers and hanging space. The bedroom is at the back of the cottage. A third bedroom is available as the sleeps six option. Outside: There is a small terrace at the front with a metal bench. At the rear of the cottage there is a courtyard with garden furniture for six guests and a brick built barbecue. Please note there is access along the back of the terrace to get to neighbouring properties but the courtyard is enclosed and private. There is a gate on the pathway at the rear of the cottage to stop pets wondering off if the back door is open. Additional Information: Infants welcome. Travel cot and high chair available on request. There is a permanent stair gate at the bottom of the stairs. Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome, to be kept to the ground floor only please (small additional charge).
