There is a family bathroom with a shower over the bath and a WC, and the further benefit of a wet room with a shower, perfect for surf and beach lovers to wash off the sand and hose down muddy dogs. At the end of the hallway is a utility area with a washing machine and tumble dryer. Heading up the oak staircase to the first floor, you pass through a glass linkway with skylights above and enter the open-plan kitchen/diner that leads through to the lounge area. The kitchen is well furnished and equipped with an electric oven, induction hob, freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and smoothie maker. The dining area can be extended and can seat up to eight people comfortably. The lounge area has breathtaking views from the sofa out through the large sash windows and, with a large roof light above, it is a naturally light and airy room. At night, you can even see the moon and the stars overhead whilst sitting on the sofa and the twinkly lights of Instow across the river. There is a Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+ and Prime. Heading up the second flight of stairs takes you to a bright and airy master bedroom with a king-size bed decorated in calming colours with rattan influences and with magnificent sea views from the double aspect sash windows. A luxurious freestanding slipper bath sits at the end of the room. To complete this room is an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. Stepping outside, there is an enclosed sunny paved patio area with two areas: one for outside dining for six and the other with a lounging area with a fire-pit and a BBQ separated by a large, planted bed.
