The dining room, which seats six, has an original ornamental period fireplace (non-working) and the well-equipped kitchen, should you choose to stay in and cook, has an electric cooker and gas hob, fridge, dishwasher and microwave. The utility room, which is located outside in an external shed, has a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Outside the property is an enclosed south-facing paved courtyard garden with furniture and a BBQ, perfect for alfresco dining long into the warm Devon evenings.
