The perfect seaside cottage retreat in Bacton near the beach that sleeps 4. Bacton is a popular coastal village with a stunning sandy beach, pubs and restaurants. The beach stretches from Walcott (2 miles) to Mundesley (3 miles). Visit the seaside Victorian village of Mundesley, set in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Take a stroll on the Norfolk stretch of the England Coast Path which runs right behind the property, or enjoy the superb Broads National Park, a large wetland with a diverse wildlife habitat. Take the whole family for a day out to the adventure park of BeWILDerwood (14 miles) or Roarr! Dinosaur Adventure.

One of four cottages dating back to the 16th century, this home retains lovely traditional features such as exposed beams, stained glass windows, and a thatched roof. Heading inside, you will find a spacious living room with comfortable seating, an electric fire and Smart TV. Enjoy cooking for all the family in the kitchen which has an oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, before eating together at the antique dining table and chairs. When you are ready for some sleep, choose from one of two bedrooms. The first is situated on the ground floor and is a twin room with storage space, dressing table and doors leading out to the garden. The second bedroom is accessed via steep wooden steps up to a galley. Here you will find a double bed, drawers and space to hang your clothes.

Outside, the cottage boasts its own private patio with table, chairs, and gas BBQ. However, guests have access to shared use grounds with outdoor chess set, seesaw, and trampoline, ideal for the children to play together. The range of cottages can also access the complex’s shared facilities of an indoor swimming pool, mini gym and games room with air hockey, pool table and table football.

Gallery bedroom 2 is accessed from dining area – there are steep wooden steps which can be left in position or put into vertical position to give more space below
