In the evening take a seat, pour a glass of wine and enjoy the most spectacular sunsets that this part of the North Norfolk coast is renowned for.

With three bedrooms (two double and one twin) and a family bathroom, this is the ideal holiday hideaway for both families and friends.

Bedroom one
With a 4'6" double bed, wardrobe and dressing table.

With a 4'6" double bed and clothes storage.
Bedroom three
With 3' twin single beds and clothes storage.
Bathroom
With bath, walk-in electric shower, wash basin and WC.

Outside:
The rear of the house opens directly onto the sand dunes and then out to the sea. There is a picnic table and charcoal barbecue. A shed contains a washing machine.
There is ample parking in front of the house.

Additional Information:
Three well-behaved dogs welcome (small small additional charge).
The house is accessed via an unmade road.
A cot and high chair are available upon request.
