Ground Floor: The modern and fully fitted kitchen and utility room is accessed from the rear of the property via a raised deck area and is equipped with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There is a downstairs wc. The spacious lounge and dining area is furnished with two sofas, side board, dining table and chairs and a wood burning stove for those colder nights. There is a TV with Freesat and built in DVD player. The living area provides access to the beach. The rear decked terrace has patio table and chairs and overlooks a shared garden mainly laid to lawn. Parking is at the rear of the property in front of the garage and access to the cottage from the parking area is via the lawned garden. First Floor: The stairs to the first floor are a little steep so may not be suitable for those with mobility issues. There is a fixed stair-gate at the top of the stairs. The master bedroom has a king size bed, bedside tables, chest of drawers and a stunning view of the beach and sea.
