Step inside the front door and head through into the light and bright kitchen/diner offering a great space for family entertaining. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and a washing machine that is located in the separate utility room. Enjoy listening to music or catching up on your favourite programmes on the Smart TV whilst you prepare meals, before sitting down with the family at the dining table that can seat six.

The ground floor is completed with a cloakroom with WC. Stairs from the hall lead up to the first floor where there is the spacious lounge with large French windows opening onto a balcony. Offering two comfy sofas and a Smart TV with DVD this is an airy space to relax all year round and enjoy a DVD or play one of the board games available in the property after an evening meal.

You will also find the first of the three bedrooms on this floor: a comfy king-size room with an en-suite shower and WC. Heading up to the second floor there are two further bedrooms: a double and a twin. These two bedrooms share the family bathroom also located on this floor which offers a bath with handheld shower and WC.

Doors from the kitchen/diner lead out to the patio with a patio table and seating for six, perfect for a summer BBQ after a busy day at the beach. From the lounge, guests can step out to a small balcony with two chairs for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink.
