The cottage is located close to the sandy beaches of Croyde and Woolacombe plus the North Devon coastal path which is a favourite with keen walkers. Inside the cottage there is a sitting room with wood burner stove, TV and DVD player and iPod dock. The dining room seats up to 6 and has a gas wood burner style stove. The fitted kitchen includes a range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven and there is a wet room with walk in shower, basin and WC. The utility room includes a sink and washing machine. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with TV/DVD, a twin bedroom with two single beds plus a single or twin room with single bed, truckle bed and TV. All of the bedrooms have an iPod dock and CD player. There is also a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC on this floor.
