Sleeping six guests, and also welcoming a pair of canine companions, the three-bedroom holiday home has been beautifully renovated to offer stylish interiors with a gentle coastal theme. Relax inside or out at this holiday home after days out exploring north Norfolk. Pick up the Norfolk Coast Path and walk along the clifftops and beaches in either direction. Visit the National Trust’s Felbrigg Hall, 2 miles away, with its 17th-century stately home and splendid parkland grounds, then return to the cottage to light the wood burner or unwind in the sunshine.

Make your way inside to discover character-filled accommodation with a distinctly modern edge. Wander into the lounge to stoke up the wood burner and watch the Smart TV or head through to the kitchen/diner to prepare meals or chat around the table. This room is equipped with a built-in electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Also downstairs, is a convenient WC. Head up to the floor above to discover your bedrooms. There are two king-size rooms, one with a Smart TV and the other with a TV. There is also a twin room, with a TV and Xbox One games console, plus games, that the younger members of your group will enjoy. The chic family bathroom, with free-standing bath and large walk-in shower, is also on this floor. The WC is separate.

Step out into the enclosed courtyard garden on warm days. Let your four-legged friends stroll about in the fresh air, while you grill the fresh produce you have bought in Cromer on the BBQ, then dine at the table together. There is parking for one car on the driveway adjacent to the courtyard garden, plus additional parking for one car on the road.
