A fantastic family coastal cottage in Blakeney very near the sea shore that sleeps 6. Nestled on the edge of Blakeney Nature Reserve, this cottage is ideally situated for keen walkers and wildlife lovers alike. Head out on foot down to the quayside where you’ll find uninterrupted views of beautiful coastline. Take a boat trip out to Blakeney Point to see the seal colonies and revel in the geographically unique saltmarshes. Sandy beaches can be found at Wells-next-the-Sea (9 miles) and Holkham (11.5 miles) and back in Blakeney, you can take advantage of the great local pubs, restaurants and shops.

Enter this traditional brick and flint cottage through a spacious entrance hall, characterised by original parquet flooring and bright interiors. From here you can move through to the living room which benefits from plenty of comfortable seating and a TV. The kitchen/dining space is large, with a wood burner and all necessary facilities, including an electric free-standing oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Further to this, the utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer. A downstairs bathroom can also be found, with a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Upstairs, you’ll find three bedrooms. The first bedroom is a spacious super-king-size with a view across the marshes to the sea, the second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed, which can be converted into twin 3ft beds on request, and the third bedroom has full-size bunk beds. You will also find an additional WC on this floor.

To the front of the cottage is a fully enclosed, spacious courtyard garden with a table and chairs. It also has the novel advantage of a warm, outdoor shower, perfect for showering off after sandy days at the beach. To the rear of the house is a second courtyard garden, also with a table and chairs. There is no private parking at the cottage but there is the option of on-street parking. A pay and display car park can be found at Coronation Car Park (80 metres) and the Quayside Car Park is free to National Trust members. There is a also a free car park at the Village hall which is approx 400m from the property.
