The very well equipped kitchen and spacious sitting area with dining table enjoy large picture windows and magnificent and uninterrupted views of the beach and sea beyond. Open the sliding windows and you are practically on the beach.

Whether you are enjoying the warmth from the sun on a bright sunny day or gazing out at the rolling seas from the sanctuary of the sitting room on a blustery day, you are guaranteed to be comfortable here whatever the season. The two bedrooms are simple, stylish and comfortable. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other two single beds. Both have ample wardrobe space.

This property is perfect for weekend breaks or longer stays for one or two couples or a small family group. The beach frontage is ideal and Billy’s on the Beach, a wonderful beach café / restaurant, is only a five minute stroll along the seafront. Open throughout the year and serving breakfast, lunch and evening meals most days, you may find that you don’t even need to venture to the supermarket (which are plentiful in Bracklesham Bay and the nearby village of East Wittering.) There is plenty of parking just outside the apartment.
