The living space is bright, modern and open plan with a brand new and well equipped kitchen, stylish dining area and comfortable corner sofa for some chill out time in front of the TV or playing games. The conservatory off the dining area leads out to the lawned and decked rear garden and will be a proper sun trap in the summer.

The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room and the additional double and bunk room share the family bathroom with bath and over-bath shower. The bunk room has a pull out single for additional young guests.

There is parking for 3-4 cars on the driveway.

The bungalow is just a couple of minutes walk to the beach and very close to Billys on the Beach, arguably the finest beachfront restaurant for miles around. Bracklsham Bay is a small village with a village shop and a couple of restaurants. The village of East Wittering is just a 2 minute drive away with plenty of shops and restaurants and the white sands of East Head and West Wittering beach are just a 5 minute drive.
