The bright and comfortable living area has superb views of the sea and opens out onto to the large garden with lawn, decking and direct beach access. The plot size is enviable and the garden significantly larger than any other beach front property in the immediate local area. Hours of fun will be had running on and off the beach, in and out of the sea and chilling in the amazing outdoor space.

The open plan living space also has a dining table large enough to seat 8 guests and there is a separate and very well equipped kitchen. The four bedrooms are well proportioned and very comfortable with new furniture throughout. The master enjoys a king size bed, TV, sea views and an en-suite shower room. There are two further doubles, one with sea views and a bunk room which all share the family bathroom with walk in shower. There is also a separate WC next to the entrance.

There is plenty of parking for up to 4 cars at least on the private drive.
