To the left is the kitchen, which is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. There are two king-size bedrooms to choose from, one with an en-suite bathroom with shower over walk in accessible bath and WC and the other with an en-suite contemporary shower room with WC. Both rooms have their own patio doors leading into the garden. To the rear of the property is a compact terrace with furniture that catches the evening sun. At the front is a raised deck with picnic bench, positioned to make the most of the view and to the side is a sloping lawn area. Use of the hot tub is by arrangement with the owners on a timed basis.
