One of the bedrooms, a delightful double room with views across the Downs, can also be found on the ground floor, as can the bathroom with its shower over bath and WC. The remaining two bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The first of these is the master bedroom, a double room which benefits from a private balcony and an en-suite shower room with shower and WC. The third bedroom is a restful twin room. An additional pull out single bed is available at an additional cost. The patio doors from the lounge open onto a delightful patio with garden furniture, where guests can enjoy alfresco drinks and meals. This area is open to a shared spacious lawn where children can enjoy playing, from where there are panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.
