An impressive seaside apartment in Brixham that sleeps 4 with sea views 200m from the beach and with access to a shared pool and steps from the South West Coast Path. Enjoy views over the sea beyond the immediate Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty from the balcony or Dolphin-spot while planning a day’s activities including swimming, kayaking or lazing over a picnic in Fishcombe Cove. Alternatively, head into nearby Brixham (1 mile) to wander around the harbour and galleries, or eat out at one of many cafes and restaurants.

The apartment is tastefully furnished, featuring rattan chairs and a light colour scheme with splashes of coastal tones. For enhanced security, entry is via electronic entrance gates with a keypad system. The spacious open-plan living area comprises a modern kitchen and a glass-topped table for enjoying meals. When it’s time to kick back after a fun-filled day, the lounge section is great for relaxing, with sofas, a Smart TV and a Bluetooth speaker, and double sliding patio doors leading out onto the balcony. Nearby, you’ll find a twin/super-king-size bedroom plus a double bedroom with a sliding door leading out to the balcony, so you can step outside and breathe in the sea air first thing in the morning. Both bedrooms have TV/DVDs. In the bathroom, which has a shower over the bath and a WC, there’s a heated towel rail for extra comfort on chilly days.
