A self-catering holiday cottage that sleeps 4 in Brixham, near Fishcombe Cove and just a pleasant coastal stroll to the local amenities, restaurants and bustling harbour. That said, the beaches in this part of town are quieter and just a stones’ throw from the property’s front door. Keen walkers will also love that there is direct access to the South West Coast Path from the property.

Upon arriving at the property, guests will be able to appreciate the beauty of the area as soon as they arrive. The sea views can be admired from the lounge area of the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, which has sliding doors allowing guests to extend this space out onto the private patio. After a day of exploring relax on the sofas and enjoy a film on the Smart TV.

The dining area is located between the lounge and the stylish kitchen. Guests can readily make themselves at home in the kitchen which is equipped with everything you require, including an electric oven and hob, fridge with ice compartment, microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The first of the property’s two bedrooms is situated next to the lounge and has a double bed and door leading out onto the patio, whilst the second bedroom is a twin with TV. Completing the accommodation is the bathroom offering a shower over bath and WC.

Heading outside, there is a spacious patio with a table and chairs to the front of the property where guests can enjoy the sea views and the fresh sea air. Guests also have access to an allocated storage space. The property has allocated parking for one car.

There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
