A stylish coastal cottage in Brixham that sleeps 4 guests just 150m from the lively harbour, 0.6 scenic miles from the beach and steps from the stunning Southwest Coastal Path. Local beaches include the nearest Breakwater Beach (0.6 miles) or Fishcombe Cove (0.8 miles). Neighbouring Riviera resorts include Paignton and Torquay, which are 5 miles and 8.5 miles respectively or you could take a ferry to see them instead. Have a seaside day trip to one of the many beaches on the South Devon coast or visit Paignton Zoo Environmental Park for a great day out.

Enter this cottage which is spread across four floors, and step straight into the pretty first-floor kitchen/diner with access to two sets of stairs to go up or down. On the lower floor, you’ll find the first elegant double bedroom with en-suite shower and WC. Moving up the stairs you’re welcomed into the cosy lounge area with a wood burner, Smart TV and two sofas. Slightly down the corridor is the family bathroom with a hand-held shower over the bath and WC. Follow the final set of stairs up to the second double bedroom with pretty furnishings and views out over Brixham.

Brixham Harbour is just 150 metres away and is home to one of the largest fishing fleets, so you can enjoy watching the boats bob up and down whilst the fishermen make their catch of the day. Car parking space available, 15 minute walk from the Cottage, suitable for a standard car

Many of the amenities and cottages in Brixham are accessed via steps some of which can be steep.
