Brixham harbour views sleeps 4

A charming cottage that sleeps 4 guests in Brixham with sea views over the stunning Brixham harbour, which is the vibrant hub of this social scene with fabulous eateries and chic shops and the centre of water activities like fishing trips, boat tours and ferry trips around the bay and to neigbouring Riviera resorts. If you have a keen eye you could even spot the local dolphins along the way. Staying on dry land there is plenty to see and do in the town, from the beaches, to the shops, restaurants, and the self-guided walking trail which allows visitors to follow in the footsteps of the town’s infamous pirates.

On entering this fishermen’s cottage, guests first come to the lounge which occupies the whole of the ground floor. This spacious room is dominated by the stunning views of the harbour which can be enjoyed from the comfortable sofa and chairs. There is also a TV for guests to enjoy. Cottage style stairs lead down to the lower-ground floor where the dining room and kitchen are located. The exposed stone walls in the dining area add to the cosy atmosphere of the room, which has a dining table seating four and a door which opens out onto the patio. The kitchen is well-equipped offering an electric cooker, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine. Returning to the ground floor, open-tread stairs lead to the first-floor where the bedrooms are located. The first of these is a spacious twin room with a large picture window giving splendid views of the harbour, whilst the second room is a cosy double. The compact shower room is also on this floor and has a walk-in shower and WC.

Outside, to the rear of the property, there is an enclosed patio with pretty, whitewashed walls and patio furniture, allowing guests to enjoy alfresco meals or drinks whilst watching the boats coming and going in the harbour below. There is free roadside parking available in the street near the property.

There is an Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 when booking at this property, however this may be waived for £25. We’ll provide more details about this when booking your holiday.
