A beloved Brixham seaside cottage that sleeps 6 on the harbourside where you’re steps away from all the best shops, eateries and boat trip booking stations. Close to the South West Coast Path offers too, which promises stunning coastal scenery towards Dartmouth (5 miles), Paignton (5.5 miles) and Torquay (8.5 miles). Each offering a mix of golden sandy beaches, Paignton Zoo, National Trust Greenway, and a wonderful steam railway.

Upon entering this well-thought-through apartment with paintings as appealing as those views across the harbour, it will not take you long to feel right at home. You will initially enter into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner where there are light and modern features throughout. The lounge space contains two comfortable sofas and a separate armchair to relax on whilst watching a favourite film or programme on the Smart TV. Heading through to the kitchen you have everything you need including an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. There is also a washing machine in the utility cupboard just inside the entrance to the apartment. Completing this space is the dining table which sits all guests comfortably. From the lounge, you can enter into the snug room which is ideal for watching the boats go by or relaxing and reading a book. Making your way up the stairway will bring you to the three bedrooms. The master bedroom and second bedroom both contain a double bed and Smart TV, and the master has the added luxury of an en-suite shower room with a shower and WC. The third bedroom offers something different with a bunk bed, and all rooms provide ample storage. Completing this interior is the family bathroom with a shower and WC.

Directly outside the entrance to the apartment is the outdoor private terrace where you will find the outdoor seating, this is the perfect spot for some al fresco dining.
