Pet friendly 3 bedroom Camber Sands Holiday Cottage located in a village-style development just a few minutes walk from Camber Sands beach. The cottage has 3 large bedrooms, a spacious downstairs kitchen, dining and sitting area, first floor sitting room, separate snug room for the children with their own TV, great outside area with table, chairs, BBQ and a shed for all your beach items. The cottage is filled with everything that you would need in a house on holiday and is a bright and airy self-catering holiday property within a short drive of the medieval town of Rye and Winchelsea. Ground floor Enter into a light hall with a cupboard for your coats and wellies etc. Stairs on the left. The snug room is on the right and has 2 great union jack cushions, Nintendo Wii, books, toys, games and a 32" Smart, flat screen HD TV with Freesat and Blu Ray DVD Player with a chest of drawers underneath. This is a great room for youngsters to enjoy their own space ! Downstairs Cloakroom with mirror, basin and WC. At the end of the corridor you enter in a wonderful room with the kitchen, dining area and a sofa to sit on and relax with French doors that lead out into the garden. Fully fitted kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine/dryer, cafetiere and Aves blutooth enabled music player for all smart phones. Table with 6 chairs (+2 extra) and a comfy sofa and 2 wicker chairs to sit in and chat whilst the cooking gets underway in the kitchen. French doors lead out onto an extended decking area with outside table, umbrella and chairs for 6 plus 2 extra chairs, garden plants and fresh herbs in pots for your use during your stay and a charcoal BBQ. Master bedroom with super king sized bed, zip and link bed that can be made into two 3 foot single beds, glitzy bed head, mirror, side table and lights, chest of drawers, full length mirror,built-in cupboard and hairdryer. En-suite shower room with WC, basin, shaving socket and fab mirror with lights. Stairs leading up to the... Second floor Bedroom with super king sized bed, zip and link which can be made into two 3 foot single beds, side table and light, mirror, wardrobe with drawers underneath. Family bathroom with WC, basin, shaver socket, and bath hand held shower. Twin bedroom with 'marshmallow beds'! that look like they float and have their own two resident teddy bears. Side table and light, chest of drawers, mirror and wardrobe. If requested these 2 beds can be pushed together with a topper to make a king sized bed. Outside Shed at the end of the garden houses a sun lounger, beach chairs, picnic cooler, beach toys and is an ideal place to store all your beach items, bucket and spades etc. Gate at the end is an ideal entrance and exit to the beach and your car with its designated parking places for 2 cars. This property is happy to accept a maximum of one dog with prior agreement only. There is a £20 fee per stay with prior agreement only. Please remember that dogs are not allowed to be left unattended in the property at any time and they must remain downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture or beds. Prices include bed linen, towels, all utilities, pre-arrival and departure cleaning and a welcome pack. The changeover day for weekly bookings is a Friday to Friday in the high season. Other start days may be possible on request in the low and mid-season. Short breaks may commence on any day. There is a £24 booking fee per holiday and a £300 security deposit is required prior to arrival which can be pre-authorised on a credit/debit card.
