Beach views don't come more stunning than this! This beautifully presented apartment is ideal for couples looking for stunning coastal views. It will be hard to leave but you may be tempted to sit in the communal gardens or terrace of Barbara Hepworth's former home, here you can enjoy the same panoramas across St Ives Bay that inspired her to create her works of art. Watch the sunset over The Bay, wander down to the beach or catch the scenic train into St Ives, be inspired yourself!

The outside space provides a wealth of options for guests. These facilities are shared between just the four apartments located in the main house.

The apartment has its own private patio balcony off the master bedroom, a bistro set is provided for guests to idle the time away in the sunshine.

On the seaward side, to the front of the house, are two comfortable sun loungers perfectly positioned to drink in the views over the stunning sub-tropical gardens. The superb 180 degree coastal back drop is simply jaw-dropping. Here guests can see from St. Ives right across to Hayle Towans and Godrevy Lighthouse.

To the rear of the property, is a shared decked courtyard garden area with superior quality garden furniture. This courtyard is a real sun-trap and provides a comfortable place to relax after a busy day out exploring the Cornish coastline.

Drying facilities are provided within the apartment itself, however a shared external washing line is also available on the seaward side of the property.

One allocated parking space is provided.

"We had a lovely holiday here and enjoyed St Ives. The apartment has such fantastic views I dont think you will find better!, it was clean and of a very good standard. It was great getting the local train from Carbis Bay to St Ives and we ate out most nights. I would recommend the Porthmeor beach cafe (opposite the Tate), lovely food and the views were stunning. We took a drive to Godrevy lighthouse, then walked around the area. It has stunning scenery and we were lucky enough to see the seals on one of the inaccessible beaches. We also went to the Geevor tin mine which we both felt was really interesting. On one hand you get to see the history of mining, but also you experience the underground tour led by an ex miner and can discover how events affected real people. On our last day we drove to Falmouth, and you can easily spend a day here pottering about, watching the boats, but we visited Pendennis Castle as well. We had the 45 minute tour which was an interesting insight into the history of the castle."

"I really enjoyed my stay here and was truly delighted with the accommodation. The situation of the apartment with its fantastic view from the lounge and kitchen windows over Carbis Bay beach and beyond to St Ives and Godrevy was superb and the well-maintained landscaped garden was an added bonus. I never got tired of just standing at the window enjoying the view! The flat was well appointed and the standard of cleanliness was first class. I also enjoyed walking the coastal path from Carbis Bay to St Ives station. and relaxing on the beach at Porthkidney sands."
