The wonderful Eden Project is just 5 miles away and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are 8 miles away. There are many pretty seaside towns and villages to discover along the coast, including historic Charlestown 1 mile away and the harbour town of Fowey 7 miles away. St Austell is 2 miles inland and offers a great range of shops to browse and plenty of eateries to sample.

The apartment is laid out all on one level with easy access. The bright, open-plan living space includes a comfortable lounge area set with lots of lovely, cosy seating. Behind this, there’s a charming dining room table and glass doors opening to the patio and garden. To the rear of the space and set back a little is a modern and compact kitchen with all you need to cook up your holiday feasts. The bedrooms are both bright and spacious with windows overlooking the gardens. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and a door opening to the gardens. The second bedroom is a pretty twin room. Both share the use of a family bathroom featuring a bath, a separate walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

Directly outside the living room doors is a small patio with outdoor seating. This is a lovely tranquil spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an afternoon drink. The extensive gardens and grounds surrounding the apartments are shared with the other residents.
