This charming cottage in Bude sleeps 4 guests just a short stroll into the centre with all its amenities including leisure centre and swimming pool, tennis courts, numerous shops, galleries and a selection of beautiful sandy beaches not to mention a golf course nearby. The South West Coast Path has spectacular walking routes in either direction and the wetland bird sanctuary and nature reserve also offers some lovely scenery. With the town being conveniently located beside the A39, this is a great location for touring both Devon and Cornwall, and days out could include visits to the delightful fishing villages of Clovelly, Boscastle, Port Issac, Rock and Padstow, Bodmin Moor, and numerous National Trust properties and gardens.

Although it is steeped in its rural past, the property is also equipped with many contemporary comforts throughout. From the front, a quaint sweet cottage opens up into the lounge with a Smart TV and comfy sofas to watch your favourite programmes. Leading through to the light and stylish kitchen/diner with everything you could need and is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Heading up the stairs is a king size bedroom and twin bedroom. There’s also a child’s room with a small single bed suitable for children 5yrs and under. The family bathroom has a shower over bath and WC. Outside adding to the property is the fabulous shower room with waterfall shower and WC, perfect after a day at the beach catching some waves. The washing machine is also located here should you need it.

There is an enclosed and private seating area, perfect for your morning coffee. Steps and a pathway lead to the terrace and the garden is completely enclosed so perfect for children. Enjoy a charcoal BBQ with seating for all to dine alfresco after a day exploring the surroundings. You’ll have plenty of storage in the outhouse for surfboards, body-boards and wet suits. There is private parking for one car at the rear of the property.
