The decked balcony extends the full width of the apartment and can be accessed either from the lounge or from the master bedroom. This delightful decked balcony is furnished with two bistro rattan chairs and a table together with two rattan relaxer chairs. Here, guests can enjoy a morning breakfast, leisurely lunch or an evening meal enjoying the sunshine.

Guests are provided with one allocated parking space behind secure gates. You may find that you choose not to use your car during your stay as there is just so much to see and do within walking distance of this luxury apartment. It is in such a great location - Porthminster Beach is just five minutes walk away and there are further beaches, shops and art galleries within striking distance.

"The standards were very high and met with all of our requirements. One day we went to visit Tintagel, Port Isaac, and Padstow eating at Rick Steins Fish & chip shop on the way back. Also a trip to the Eden project and St Michaels Mount and Penzance were we ate lunch in what must be the most novel pub in England " The Admiral Benbow" this is worth a visit on its own being steeped in history and having the most amazing decor of a complete ship. In St Ives the resturant that ticked all of the boxes was The Loft, being exceptional value for money and very good food."

We love to stay in St Ives and the uphill walk to the apartment helps to walk off the exceptional food and drink. Each time we stay we always have a meal in 'the Firehouse'. It is excellent and very reasonable"
