North Devon contemporary seaside home in Combe Martin with pets welcome, sleeps 6 in 4 bedrooms, close to the beach, shops, cafes and pubs. Ideal for family friendly coastal breaks in the South West.

Stepping inside the property, you arrive in the open-plan kitchen/dining room. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to try out new recipes with your loved ones. Including an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The dining room has a large table to seat six people and a lovely wood burner for colder evenings, and patio doors leading onto the patio for balmier nights.

As you walk into the hallway there is a separate WC with a washer/dryer, and off the hallway is the comfortable lounge with sumptuous sofas a Smart TV with a basic Sky package and a wood burner - everything you need to settle down and watch a movie together. From here, you’ll find the snug/games room with a Smart TV and board games, and patio doors leading out onto the patio.

Heading upstairs, there are four bedrooms made up of two king-size bedrooms, a single bedroom and a super-king-size zip-and-link (which can be made into a twin on request) - this last bedroom has patio doors leading onto a small balcony. On this floor is the family bathroom which has a shower over the bath and a WC.

Step outside into this beautiful, enclosed garden with stunning views and you’ll find a decking area with a charcoal BBQ and patio furniture – perfect for al fresco dining on those lovely warm evenings. There is a shed for storing bikes and surfboards and a hose with hot and cold water. To the front of the house is a sloping driveway that can fit up to three cars.
