The beautiful open-plan living accommodation is on the first floor where the light floods in through floor to ceiling windows. The well-equipped kitchen comes with everything needed to cook up a feast for family and friends, which can be enjoyed on the large dining table. The attractive sitting room comes with comfortable sofas and a television, as well as doors which open up to the fantastic balcony, the perfect spot to soak in the views. There is also a cloakroom with wash basin and WC.

Downstairs are the four incredibly spacious and comfortable bedrooms. The master bedroom has a plush king-size bed, en-suite shower room and access to both the decking and rear garden. Bedroom two also comes with a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, while bedrooms three and four are both twin rooms which are serviced by the family bathroom. There is a useful utility area with a washing machine, fridge/freezer and storage for wetsuits and beach equipment.

Along with the stunning balcony, this house has a lovely garden and decked area, perfect for an evening barbecue. You are just a few hundred meters from the famous South West Coast Path and just a short walk from the independent shops, restaurants and pubs in St Agnes.
