The accommodation is ‘upside down’ with the sitting room on the first floor to take advantage of the views. It even has a telescope so you can enjoy stargazing or bird watching from the comfort of the sitting room. The first floor deck is the most perfect place for a sundowner.

On the ground floor the modern kitchen and dining area are bright, spacious and well-equipped. With three double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bath or shower room, this is a perfect property for a group of couples or a family. The house welcomes dogs, and is in a great location for walking from your front door. Being just five minutes' walk from the bustling quayside and town, and on the Coastliner bus route to take you further afield, there are plenty of options whatever your interests.

Stairs to First Floor: Please note, these stairs have a steeper pitch than a standard staircase and are varnished hardwood with slightly narrow treads.

Fabulous sitting room with wonderful views over the salt marshes to the sea and estuary. Wood floor, comfortable corner sofa and leather chair. Large flat screen television with access to Netflix (please use own login). iPod dock. Wall mounted electric flame effect fire. Patio doors to first floor deck with contemporary style garden furniture and parasol.

Outside:
A small courtyard garden with garden furniture is at the rear and, on the first floor with access from the sitting room, is a fabulous decked area with garden furniture and parasol.
There is parking on the driveway and on-street parking (which is restricted in summer).

Additional Information
Up to three well behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge).
