The property is within walking distance of Conwy (1 mile), which boasts a 13th-century castle, independent shops, restaurants, fishing harbour and events. Taste the culinary delights of the local pubs, restaurants and the Welsh Food Centre (5 miles). Visit Llandudno with its pier and theatre, Plas Mawr and Britain’s smallest house, stroll around Bodnant Gardens, go fishing at Conwy Water Gardens and bird watching at the RSPB reserve, all within 6 miles. Swallow Falls Waterfall and Betws-y-Coed (12 miles) are in the heart of Snowdonia National Park with majestic scenery and countryside to discover.

Step inside the hall, hang up your coats and head into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with exposed beams and gorgeous views from the windows. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is a sociable space to rustle up a bite to eat with local produce purchased on your travels. The dining table is perfectly positioned by the window for everyone to enjoy the meal and plan your holiday activities. After dinner, relax on the sofas, watch a film on the Smart TV and light the open fire for cosy nights in. If you fancy something more active, head over to the shared games room with football table and table tennis and the private sauna to relax your muscles. When ready for bed, there are two lovely bedrooms to choose from, the double and twin, both with TVs. The spacious wet room is perfect for a leisurely start to the day.

Outside, the private garden has stunning countryside views, patio, table and chairs to relax and unwind. Enjoy alfresco dining, firing up the charcoal BBQ, or explore the grounds with a picnic. Make the most of the shared games room with table football and table tennis. The separate sauna makes for a relaxing experience after long days out. Walk through the grounds on this family farm with Welsh Black cattle and sheep, spotting wildlife and admiring the panoramic views. If you are keen on outdoor activities there is space in the garden for your bikes, paddleboard and canoe. There is also private parking for two cars.
