Straight ahead is the games room with a football table and French doors out to the garden where you can admire the wonderful sea and castle views. Back into the hall walk by the separate WC with feature basin and into the elegant kitchen/diner with feature fireplace, French doors to a courtyard garden with hot tub.

If you decide to eat in, the light and airy kitchen is well-equipped with 2 electric double ovens and a 5 ring hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The utility room has a washing machine, dryer and even more storage. At the opposite end of this gorgeous white kitchen is the dining table, a perfect setting to enjoy a meal together overlooking the garden.

Walkthrough to the lounge with a picture window, feature fireplace with an electric log-effect fire, Smart TV, comfortable sofas and fabulous views. There are three bedrooms to choose from, two with king-size beds and a twin. The gorgeous bathroom completes the accommodation with a shower, whirlpool bath and WC.

The courtyard garden is a real sun trap with feature planting, hot tub and patio with outdoor sofas and fire pit. The rear garden has been creatively designed and is enclosed with a decked area, perfect for sunbathing or al fresco dining with BBQ, table and chairs, lawn and lovely views towards the castle, harbour and sea.
