The property is within walking distance of Conwy (1 mile), which boasts a 13th-century castle, independent shops, restaurants, fishing harbour and events. Taste the culinary delights of the local pubs, restaurants and the Welsh Food Centre (5 miles). Visit Llandudno with its pier and theatre, Plas Mawr and Britain’s smallest house, stroll around Bodnant Gardens, go fishing at Conwy Water Gardens, birdwatching at the RSPB reserve, or have an adrenaline experience at Zip World Conwy, all within 6 miles. Swallow Falls Waterfall and Betws-y-Coed (12 miles) are in the heart of Snowdonia National Park with majestic scenery and countryside to discover.

Walk into this lovely farmhouse designed to make the most of the stunning majestic valley views with the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner on the first floor; a spacious room with exposed beams and gorgeous views from every window. A glass door opens onto external steps down to the enclosed garden. If you decide to eat in, the kitchen is a sociable space to rustle up a meal with local produce purchased on your travels. When ready, the dining table is perfectly positioned by the window for everyone to enjoy a family meal and plan your holiday activities. After dinner, relax on the sofas, watch a film on the Smart TV and light the wood burner for cosy nights in. If you fancy something more active, head over to the shared games room with football table and table tennis and the private sauna to relax your muscles. When ready for bed there are four lovely bedrooms to choose from, all have been designed for a good night’s sleep. On the ground floor there are two double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms and one twin, all with TVs. Also on this floor is the spacious bathroom with shower over bath for a leisurely soak. On the first floor is the single with countryside views.

Outside, the enclosed garden has stunning countryside views, patio, table and chairs to relax and unwind. Enjoy alfresco dining, firing up the masonry chimney charcoal BBQ, or explore the grounds with a picnic. Make the most of the shared games room with table football and table tennis. The separate sauna makes for a relaxing experience after long days out. Walk through the grounds on this family farm with cows and sheep, spotting wildlife and admiring the panoramic views.
