The dining area offers a seat for everybody in front of the wood burner and leads out to a separate sunroom complete with seating overlooking the garden. Off the lounge is a beautiful, modern, bright kitchen which is fully equipped to cook up a delicious meal, prepare a BBQ tea or pack up a picnic lunch for a beach day. The breakfast bar offers a lovely spot for a morning coffee whilst catching up on the news. Near the kitchen is a handy utility area with a downstairs WC. At the other end of the house are three bedrooms. The first is a sweet bunk room with a trundle, perfect for children, whilst the other two offer king-size beds, plenty of storage and breathtaking views out over the garden and the sea.
